Maintenance Calls

Physical Plant maintains hours from Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 11:00PM and Saturdays & Sundays from 7 AM - 3 PM

If a maintenance problem is encountered, students living on campus or in the villages should contact their Residence Assistant who can contact maintenance.

If a maintenance problem occurs when maintenance is not on duty, students should contact the Resident Assistant on duty to evaluate the situation and contact the Office of Safety & Security to evaluate situation to determine if maintenance should be called in.

Maintenance is called automatically for Gas Leaks, CO Monitor Alarms, and in event of a working fire. They are also called if damage or serious injury or loss of property will result if the maintenance problem is not corrected.
